We have all been there. Luckily, there is a solution! Healthier alternatives to desserts that you can enjoy any day of the week, not just on cheat days!

Here are two delicious desserts that nourish the body and support a healthy lifestyle:
Chia Protein Pudding
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Then top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
Cookie Dough Protein Bites
- ⅔ cup crushed raw almonds
- ⅓ cup oats
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon organic honey or agave nectar
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Then roll into 1 inch bites and store in the refrigerator!
