You’ve made the steps towards a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes you just want dessert. You ignore the craving, but after a while, you find yourself reaching for the Ben and Jerry’s! We have all been there. Luckily, there is a solution! Healthier alternatives to desserts that you can enjoy any day of the week, not just on cheat days!


Here are two delicious desserts that nourish the body and support a healthy lifestyle:

Chia Protein Pudding

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Then top with fresh fruit and enjoy!

Cookie Dough Protein Bites

  • ⅔ cup crushed raw almonds
  • ⅓ cup oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey or agave nectar
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Then roll into 1 inch bites and store in the refrigerator!
