Chris Margolin has been focused on business all his life. The entrepreneur created his first startup, a publishing company, in college, and a series of other enterprises followed before Chris realized that his true passion was helping others succeed. The ensuing journey led to seven years as a financial advisor, more than a decade as an executive coach, and, eventually, his 2019 acquisition of Health Designs.
As CEO of the industry-leading workplace wellness company, Chris has the opportunity to put his extensive business and coaching acumen to work supporting people and businesses thrive. It’s a perfect fit for someone who’s built a career helping others reach their potential, and Chris especially values the far-reaching impact of Health Designs’ services on individuals, organizations and corporate culture.
For nearly 14 years, Chris coached hundreds of high-level executives and financial services professionals at organizations such as Paine Webber, UBS, Korn Ferry International, Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch and others. With a gift for aligning action with vision and values, he also became a frequent speaker on business strategy, client acquisition, and motivation. He wrote a book, Just Ask It, detailing the importance of good listening skills in forming strong relationships and achieving the best outcomes. And he continued to hone his ability to maximize outcomes for people, teams and companies, a skillset he’s excited to apply in his current role.
A New York native who studied management at Pace University, Chris lives in Atlantic Beach, Florida, with his wife Jessica and their son Jackson. Chris is an accomplished woodworker and photographer, a frequent fisherman, and a mediocre but enthusiastic guitarist.

Chad Bailey brings 15+ years of management experience to Health Designs, with primary focus in the areas of operations and human resources. In his role as Director of Operations of Health Designs, Chad will oversee the areas of business operations and human resources but will also have a hand in finance and compliance. Chad obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
In his free time Chad enjoys spending time with his four children and is a fan of almost all sports, Go Seminoles!

Britnee received her Bachelors of Science in Health and her Master of Public Health from the University of North Florida, where she is also a well-regarded professor and guest lecturer. She is passionate about advancing the field of workplace wellness not just for Health Design’s clients, but also for her community and serves as past President and Senior Advisor for the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council.
With over 15 years of experience, Britnee has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, building relationships with large healthcare systems, organizations and the community at large. She is a long-time team member at Health Designs and brings industry knowledge and experience of creating successful health and wellbeing initiatives for employers nationwide. She returns to Health Designs as the Director of Business Development, to foster relationships with both new and existing clients and serves on the Leadership team.
Outside of work, Britnee enjoys spending time with her two sports-loving boys and participating in local workouts with her husband.

Britney Hollyoak, a seasoned professional with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from City University, London, brings over a decade of expertise to her role. With 11 years of dedicated service, Britney has established herself as a proficient leader in the field. Certified as a Worksite Wellness Program Manager, she leverages her years of industry experience with practical skills to drive impactful initiatives.
Britney has risen through the ranks at Health Designs, beginning as a Project Manager and now serving as the Director of Client Services. She is also an integral member of our leadership team. Her responsibilities include collaborating with our Wellness Management Team to craft tailored, results-driven wellness programs for our National and Carrier clients. She provides guidance and support to ensure seamless execution and effective communication of these initiatives.
Britney’s commitment to excellence extends beyond client interactions. She actively mentors our National Team Leaders, fostering a culture of professionalism and proficiency. Through her leadership, Britney strives to deliver comprehensive data analysis and strategic insights to every client, ensuring that our wellness initiatives drive and deliver healthier, happier and more productive workplaces.
Outside of work, Britney embraces her role as a dedicated mother to her two young children. She spends her weekends mostly at the soccer fields cheering on her kids alongside her husband, and cherishing time with close friends and family.

Sarah received her degree in Health Science from the University of North Florida with a minor in Health Education, which aligned perfectly with what she had always been interested in. Shortly after graduating she received her Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and is also an Intrinsic Coach® through Intrinsic Solutions International. Sarah has been in the healthcare field for 14+ years doing health coaching, care management, health education with the Army Wellness Center, and varying roles with Health Designs.
Currently Sarah is our Coach Program Manager. In her role she leads our Coaching Team, and manages program details from implementation to evaluation, as well as being one of our Telephonic Coaches. She has been with Health Designs for about 10 years in varying roles throughout that time.
A South Florida native who relocated for college to North Florida, Sarah now lives in Saint Augustine with her husband Russell, of 12 years, their 2 young children and rescue dog, Rocky. Though she spent some time living in North Carolina and a summer overseas, salt water is in her blood so she is happy to have settled close to the beach where she enjoys spending time with her family in the sunshine.

A native of the First Coast, Melissa attended college at the University of Florida in Gainesville and received her degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Health Education. She also holds the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification. For her internship she relocated back home and found Health Designs. After her internship she worked with JEA as a Safety and Health Specialist and helped them implement wellness programs that won numerous awards and were nationally recognized.
In 2006, Melissa returned to Health Designs and has served in numerous roles on the Health Designs team including Health Coach, Team Lead & Wellness Specialist and currently supports us as a Wellness Manager. Melissa’s focus is on providing high touch, first class service to every client and participant she works with. Her out of the box thinking, attention to detail and passion for well-being supports her clients in creating programming that changes lives and transforms companies.
Melissa is a baseball mom, soccer mom, and dance mom extraordinaire who resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and 3 kids. When she isn’t chauffeuring her children, you can find Melissa walking or running outdoors, in a dance class or pool side with a good book.

In 2014, Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science. During her time as a strength and conditioning coach for the Jacksonville Juniors Volleyball Association (JJVA), she realized she loved being on the proactive side of medicine. This realization led her to complete her master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Science.
Tiffany joined the Health Designs team in 2021. Her role of helping to support the wellness managers with all aspects of service offerings to their clients has only reinforced her passion for helping others achieve their prime health and well-being.
While she is not a Florida native by birth, she happily refers to Jacksonville as her hometown. She enjoys being outside on the local nature trails taking in the natural beauty of Florida. She also recently became a mom and is having so much fun navigating the world through this new lens. On the weekends you can find her on the beach enjoying the sunrise with her husband and young daughter. She also has two cats, named Ping and Echo, who occupy her lap in the evenings.

Carly started her career with a focus on health administration and served in multiple capacities within medical practices across northeast Florida, before deciding to pursue a career that aligned more closely with her passion for wellness. She holds an undergraduate degree in community health with a minor in health education from the University of North Florida. Her love for empowering others to live their best life through health education and prevention led her to pursue a graduate degree in public health from her alma mater. She is also certified in public health by the NBPHE.
After graduating, she joined the Health Designs team as a Wellness Manager. She has a true heart of service and loves the work that she does supporting her client’s in creating healthier, happier, more productive workplaces. Carly works directly with our broker partners, vendors, and direct clients to ensure high quality, individualized programming and service delivery.
Carly is a Florida native, who enjoys the outdoors. She’s an avid fisherwoman, travel enthusiast, and yogi. When she’s not soaking up the sunshine or hunting shark’s teeth on the beach, she can be found spending quality time with her family. She lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida with her husband Shawn and her furry children Nolyn, Captain, and Taj.

Brian is the IT Systems Admin for Health Designs, providing technical support and customer service to our internal teams. He is originally from Hawaii and never expected to be living on the other side of the country in Florida. In his free time he likes to work out to get back in shape to play Soccer again, and develop video games. Brian enjoys being apart of the Health Designs culture and looks forward to growing his career with us!

With a passion for creating innovative solutions that promote employee well-being and enhance organizational performance, Amy is a skilled Workplace Wellness Interventionist with 14 years of experience in the field. Her most recent employment contributions include Humana and Work@Health; the CDC’s Workplace Wellness Initiative.
Amy is dedicated to designing evidence-based interventions that address the unique health needs and challenges of employees in diverse workplace settings. Drawing on a background in health promotion and behavior change, Amy combines creativity, research, and data analysis to develop tailored wellness programs that drive positive outcomes.
In previous roles, Amy has demonstrated a strong ability to assess organizational needs, identify gaps in existing wellness initiatives, and develop strategic interventions to address them. She is skilled in leveraging a variety of intervention modalities, including digital platforms, group workshops, individual coaching, and environmental modifications, to create comprehensive wellness solutions.
Known for her collaborative approach and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, Amy excels in facilitating discussions, gathering feedback, and building consensus around wellness interventions. She is committed to fostering a culture of health and well-being within organizations and empowering employees to take ownership of their health.
Amy is dedicated to staying abreast of the latest research and trends in workplace wellness and is passionate about integrating cutting-edge practices into their interventions. She currently resides in the PNW and enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner, children and two grandchildren. Other interests include running, yoga, traveling and gardening of all types!

Sallie is originally from the State of Alabama where she graduated from The University of Alabama with her Bachelor Degree in Social Work. After relocating to Jacksonville, she pursed an additional accreditation for her degree allowing her to focus on an individuals mental as well as physical well-being.
She joined the Health Designs team in 2013, and by 2015 had become a team lead. In 2017, she became a Certified Intrinsic Coach enhancing her ability to help participants to make a difference in their lives. She loves being able to see the same participants year after year to see what changes they have made and their continued growth. She is passionate about health and wellness and service to others.
Anyone who knows her also knows that she is passionate about Alabama football and gets to at least one game a year. When she is not working, she enjoys being outside either riding her bike or walking while listening to great music or an informative podcast.

Dr. Stefan Humphries MD, MBA has been working as a medical director and practicing physiatrist for over 20 years. He is currently employed as the medical director of a freestanding 27 bed inpatient rehab hospital at Palmdale Regional Medical Center in Palmdale, CA. Dr. Humphries works with the hospital administrator in a dyad partnership, providing administrative and clinical leadership and Physiatry care. Initially out of residency, he was in private practice and was contracted as a medical director with a for-profit organization, HealthSouth in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He subsequently transitioned to work as a medical director/CMO with nonprofit organizations, St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute in Spokane, Washington and Renown Rehabilitation Hospital in Reno, Nevada, and as a Senior Associate Consultant at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix Arizona. His experience has included strategic planning, programmatic development, quality and performance management, budgeting and financial management, management of operational compliance, and customer relations. He also has had oversight and responsibility for the development and performance of an employed inpatient/outpatient Physiatry practice, an acute care hospital consult service, and ongoing management of an inpatient rehabilitation hospital Physiatry/Hospitalist service. He represented Physiatry as the Physiatry Section Chief at credentialing committees, system quality operations committees, and the medical executive committees. Additionally, Dr. Humphries served as a standing board member of Renown’s ACO and as the Chair of the Clinical Integration Committee. His role as medical director/CMO has afforded him the opportunity to lead implementation of EMR’s and CPOE including evidence-based order sets in the inpatient/outpatient rehab setting for multiple EMR’s including Meditech, Centricity, MEDISERVE, Cerner and EPIC. Additionally, he has had the opportunity to provide physician oversight and leadership in JCAHO/CARF accreditation surveys, as well as state surveys. With Renown Health’s partnership with the University of Nevada Medical School, Dr. Humphries had the opportunity to mentor and teach fellows, residents and medical students during rotations at Renown’s Rehabilitation Hospital and began to become involved in translational research.
For his long as he has been practicing as a physiatrist, Dr. Humphries has been a generalist, practicing in both inpatient and outpatient settings. His passion is inpatient rehabilitation medicine, with additional interest in musculoskeletal medicine including regenerative medicine and diagnostic ultrasound. He currently provides inpatient care for patients with core rehab diagnoses including spinal cord injury, stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple trauma, and general neurology diagnoses, as well as medically complex patients with cardiac/pulmonary related debility and postoperative debility. He works closely with the documentation and compliance team for inpatient Medicare prepayment denials (with Medicare Administrative Contractors), and in the past with Recovery Audit Contractor denials. Dr. Humphries most enjoys Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for the teamwork it inspires in the delivery of patient centric care.

Born and raised in the central Florida area, Laura graduated with a degree in Radiography in 1994. After 14 years of working the hospital, she decided to become a full time mom to her 3 children.
She joined Health Designs as a biometric screener and health coach in 2011 and has since become a co-lead for the Orlando team. She loves the one-on-one interaction with clients that allows for a personal and directed approach with each individual to help guide them on their wellness journey. She is excited to see a client realize their potential for making change that can impact their life, health and happiness.
When not working, her passion for the outdoors and her family keeps her busy. She loves hiking on trails, biking, kayaking, going to the beach and traveling.
