Christopher Margolin

Chris Margolin has been focused on business all his life. The entrepreneur created his first startup, a publishing company, in college, and a series of other enterprises followed before Chris realized that his true passion was helping others succeed.

The ensuing journey led to seven years as a financial advisor, more than a decade as an executive coach, and, eventually, his 2019 acquisition of Health Designs.

As CEO of the industry-leading workplace wellness company, Chris has the opportunity to put his extensive business and coaching acumen to work supporting people and businesses thrive. It’s a perfect fit for someone who’s built a career helping others reach their potential, and Chris especially values the far-reaching impact of Health Designs’ services on individuals, organizations and corporate culture.

For nearly 14 years, Chris coached hundreds of high-level executives and financial services professionals at organizations such as Paine Webber, UBS, Korn Ferry International, Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch and others.  With a gift for aligning action with vision and values, he also became a frequent speaker on business strategy, client acquisition, and motivation. He wrote a book, Just Ask It, detailing the importance of good listening skills in forming strong relationships and achieving the best outcomes. And he continued to hone his ability to maximize outcomes for people, teams and companies, a skillset he’s excited to apply in his current role.

A New York native who studied management at Pace University, Chris lives in Atlantic Beach, Florida, with his wife Jessica and their son Jackson. Chris is an accomplished woodworker and photographer, a frequent fisherman, and a mediocre but enthusiastic guitarist.

“A true measure of your worth includes all the benefits others have gained from your successes.”
