This is  good link if you’re looking to build the case for employee wellness with your senior leadership team.   Remember you want to supply the evidence for supporting wellness, plus you want to make it personal and compelling.  It may take several encounters to secure their buy-in, so keep chipping away.  Once you have their support your wellness program will move forward faster.
