- At Health Designs, improving employee health and wellness is one of

During our on-site Health Risk
Assessments (HRAs) and health screenings, we create an atmosphere and
build relationships that inspire
participants to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. We explain
and interpret each individual's results,
face-to-face. Using Intrinsic Coaching, motivational interviewing and
stages-of-change methodology,
we assist them in setting personal, realistic health improvement goals
and self-care strategies. Our goal
is not just to provide a well-designed health screening or HRA, but
a meaningful, results-oriented approach
that fosters behavior change. Each of our staff is committed to the
success of your program and your employees.

Qualifications of Our Staff
- One of our greatest assests is our dynamic staff. Clients often comment
on our customer focus, professionalism and our caring attitude. Our
staff is highly skilled and cross-trained
with degrees in Health Education, Nursing and Exercise Science. We are
experts in lifestyle coaching
and engaging participants.With staff location nationwide we are able
to serve clients all across
the country. Our Medical Director Dr. Stephen Grable, is a well-respected
internist in Jacksonville
Beach who specializes in holistic medicine. Our experienced Health Designs
